2024 has been another exciting year for Native, as we’ve continued to expand the scale, complexity and geographical spread of the assets we operate, and the clients for whom we operate them.

This year, we have seen the opening of Alma in London – , comprising of 159 BTR apartments and 28,000 sq ft of office and retail space – Park Square in Milton Keynes, The Castings in Manchester and One Station Hill in Reading – the transformational new district in Central Reading, incorporating 598 BTR apartments at Ebb & Flow and 13,387 sq ft of retail and leisure space and our first large-scale net-zero, best in class office building.

With over 600,000 sq. Ft of commercial real estate and 6.5 acres of public realm now under our operation, alongside 7,000 residential units, the name 'Native Residential' no longer embraces the range of communities that we now serve.

As such, we are delighted to announce a rebrand to our new name – Native Communities.

Guy Nixon, CEO of Native Communities, comments: “Working with our clients under our new Native Communities brand better reflects the diversity of our assets under management and the depth of experience across our teams beyond the living sector, including offices, retail and public realm. We stand out in the market by bringing operations of developments of all asset classes within large scale mixed-use under the same team, enabling reporting and on the ground efficiencies for our clients."
