This week, Native's Management Team took to the Derbyshire Dales for the annual company Away Day.
The 40-strong team attended from across our sites in the UK, with the full breadth of Native's capabilities represented, including Mobilisation, Facilities, Marketing, Systems, Finance, Asset Management and all of our on-site Community Managers.
The team gathered for two days to celebrate the year's successes and to formulate Native's ongoing strategic priorities, ensuring our talented team of experts are fully equipped for the challenges and opportunities that 2025 holds for our communities, clients and the wider operational sector.
