Completed in 2019, No.26 is Croydon’s first BTR development. The scheme involved the redevelopment of an unloved 1960s office building and comprises 183 BTR apartments and 5,000 sq ft of retail space.
This was the first Native asset to roll out a full community events programme. The asset leased up in 10 months pre-Covid and reached stabilisation to 98%, holding at that occupancy level throughout the Covid lockdown.
