Vibrant new neighbourhood, The Junction, hosts a unique End of Summer party, including live music, cocktails and a sneak peak of the development.

Modern rental development, The Junction, has partnered with jazz and cocktail bar, The Domino Club, to host an evening of live music, refreshments and a chance to explore the unique offering of the living complex.

The Junction and The Domino Club event, in partnership with Leeds List, will take place on Saturday 16th September from 6pm – giving you the chance to see the summer out in style.

There will be live music from Leeds based Bare Brass Band, food provided by Leeds foodie legends, Shouk, and a pop-up bar from The Domino Club serving Instagram-worthy cocktails, including a bespoke drink especially for the event called the Gin Junction.

Tickets cost just £3, with the full amount going straight to The Junction’s chosen charity, Latch, a Leeds-based charitable organisation that refurbishes derelict and run-down houses to help those currently experiencing homelessness or in housing need.

Located in Whitehall, The Junction is a luxury modern rental concept that has transformed the experience of renting in Leeds, offering 665 high quality homes with standout social spaces like lounges, co-working areas and private dining rooms. It also offers the city’s most unique walk to work in the form of a carefully restored viaduct connecting The Junction with the heart of Leeds.

Residents also receive exclusive access to perks and discounts at a selection of hand-picked local, independent businesses, via the Neighbourhood Heroes reward scheme. The member businesses include barista coffee shop 200 Degrees, Wellington Place eatery Mad Frans and live music and cocktail venue The Domino Club.

During the event there is also the opportunity to take part in a cocktail masterclass to make your very own drinks, hosted by The Domino Club expert mixologists. These will take place in The Junction’s exclusive private dining rooms, offering a sneak peek for attendees. These spaces can be booked by residents and utilised for renters to host lavish dinner parties. The rooms are also often used for social events, including cookery classes, games nights, yoga and meditation classes, art lessons and pottery workshops.

Johnathan Lloyd, Community Manager, from The Junction, said:

We’re really excited to be hosting this event with one of our Neighbourhood Heroes, The Domino Club. It’s set to a sophisticated evening with luxurious cocktails and smooth jazz music – a perfect combination!

In addition to the fantastic music and refreshments on offer, the event will provide the opportunity for people to get a feel for what life is like at The Junction. The neighbourhood has been created as a place that is more than just somewhere to live. The spaces have been designed with the busy modern professional in mind and provide co-working spaces, pocket parks and a calendar of social events just like this one.
